BARBARA’S YOUTH GROUPwill be selling Christmas Wreaths & Logs following all Masses the weekends of Dec. 2-3; Dec. 9-10 and Dec. 16-17.FROM THE PASTOR’S DESKThe Advent theme is this: Jesus is coming again. In the days of the Apostles the Christians expected the second coming of Jesus to be imminent. We are still waiting. Even though we await the coming of Jesus in glory, He is present with us at this present moment. He comes to each person in the Eucharist as He will come to each of us at the moment of our death when we leave the body behind and go to be with the Lord. No one knows when He will re-enter our world, in a manifestation of power and glory and raise up the dead. So we are a people of hope and anticipation. If we live in vigilance and prayer we have nothing to fear.
Sincerely yours in Christ, FATHER VIN
