Couples must call to arrange an appointment with the Priest or Deacon 6 months prior to the ceremony to fill out the required forms, and to receive preparation materials.

Wedding ceremonies are available with the Priest or Deacon of the Parish on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

Wedding Masses are only available on Friday evening. If you desire a Mass on Saturday or Sunday, you must find a substitute priest or family friend who are always welcome at Saint Jude. Communion may be distributed at a Wedding Ceremony without a Mass, if desired.

Don't forget to visit city hall for a Marriage License.

Please note we cannot permit the use of a runner, rice, petals or seeds. (The carpet is thick and accidents have occurred.)

Florists may contact the parish office for availability to access the church for setting up the floral arrangements, bows, etc.

Rehearsals are set for 6:45 p.m. or later Wednesday or Thursday. There may be an earlier time set for Fridays only. Please confirm a date and time with us.

Plan to contact the organist one or two months in advance regarding your music. (Jane McKenna 617-244-1898)

Please plan to bring your customary donations with you on the evening of the rehearsal, so as not to interfere with the day of your wedding.
