opening for the Chao/Hines Memorial Scholarship applications for 2011.</B></div> <div> Scholarship Award:  $500 to each recipient</div> <div> <B>Eligibility</B></div> <div> <IMG BORDER="0" SRC="Symb075c00b700c800000000.gif" HEIGHT="13" WIDTH="24" ALIGN="bottom" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0">All high school seniors who have been accepted by an accredited two or four year college and plan on
