The Chinese saying written by a famous poet of the Tang dynasty (poet Wong Poot) emphasizes that encounters and separations are always unexpected and out of one's control, just like floating plants in the water, that meet and part haphazardly.
We have translated it into Moments of Light, because these encounters that may look haphazard, often are moments of enlightenment and inspiration.
We, the Friends of Jesus' Passover (FOJP), an international group of Catholic Overseas Chinese, will hold an EVConcert in your city and share with you our joy, our hope, our faith in songs, testimony, talk and prayers, on this topic.
Please come and bring along your Chinese friends who do not know Jesus yet. We are like floating water plants, which meet for a short while, but later we may receive something important through this encounter.
