Learn about the beautiful Benedictine spirituality firsthand by living the life of a monk for a few days.  There are also opportunities for those interested in the priesthood.
There is NO COST but space is limited.

On September 29, 1891, ground was broken for St. Bernard Abbey, named in honor of the famous eleventh-century French abbot and doctor of the Church.

In 1893 Father Romanus Veitl was the first member of the community lain to rest in the Abbey cemetery. Father Veitlís grave marker reminds us of St Bernardís traditions that have been passed on for more than a century.
