| Our Vocation as Cloistered
Contemplatives is essentially a
LIFE OF PRAYER. At the service of the Missionary Church, our life is an offering for the whole of humanity. Although
hidden in Christ and scarcely visible to the eyes of the world, our
life of adoration, praise atonement and intercession, is of itself
fully apostolic. The entire day in the Community of the Most Holy Redeemer is a Memoria of the Works of Christ. In union with Him we re-live the mysteries of His Incarnation, Passion, Glory, His Eucharist, His Gift of the Spirit at Pentecost and of His Church- |

So,
there are times for work, study, leisure,recreation, Spiritual Reading, gardening, arts and crafts, quiet times for us in our cells, or in the treasured ambience of 'The Hermitage' or walks in the spacious grounds of a typical Australian bushland setting. |
THE HERMITAGE

The Hermitage has a treasured ambience where we can spend
some 'time apart' to commune with our Saviour.
There are also the ordinary household chores, loving assistance and care of the sick and elderly members of the Community.
