On Saturdays that the Clinic is open, we will only accept the first 15-20 eligible patients who qualify for care. They must meet the following eligibility requirements:

1. Provide proof of residency in the Town of Colonial Beach or Westmoreland County
2. Provide proof of low income status per Federal Scale, usually in the form of pay stubs.
3. Not be covered by any medical insurance, including Medicare and Medicaid.
4. Not be in an emergency condition. Such persons must call 9-11.

If we have only one doctor on staff, we will only accept the first 15 patients. If we have 2 doctors on staff, we will accept 20 patients.

Once we have our 15-20 patients, all other potential patients will be given an opportunity to make an appointment for the following Saturday of operation. All patients past #15 or #20 will then be turned away.

These eligibility requirements will be posted in local newspapers and on signs in front of the Clinic.
