Workcamp is an Annual Event
The work locations are drawn at random and are on a "first come-first served basis". Several regular members of the Youth Ministry students signed up for summer duty. The 98' Work Campers flew across country to the State of Washington to assist Native Americans on the Yakima Indian Reservation. Pictures were taken of the students while on the Reservation and sightseeing in the Seattle, Washington area.
This service experience provides the students
with a first hand opportunity in witnessing our faith...charity in action.
The true meaning of stewardship. Doing for others, while asking nothing
in return. Enjoy the pictures, courtesy of Antonia Peabody...
