Mary Roman Catholic Church is located at 94 Walnut Road in Tilden Township,
about 2.5 miles west of Hamburg.

Via I-78 from the West:
-Take I-78 to Exit 23 at Shartlesville.
-Turn right at the exit ramp stop sign and then left onto Old Route 22 (Main Street).
-From Shartlesville drive East on old Route 22 about 4.5 miles.
-Pass Willow
Road and the Seventh Day Adventist church on the left
-Make the next left turn onto Walnut
Road.
-Follow Walnut Road to the church.
Via I-78 from the East using exit 30:
Take
I-78 to Exit 30. Turn left at the
end of the exit ramp and go south on Fourth Street. Turn right at the first traffic light on State St. Take State St (Old Rt 22) west for about
2.5 miles and turn right onto Walnut
Road.
The Church is on the right at the top of the hill.
Via I-78 from the East using exit 29B
-Take I-78 to Exit 29B onto Rt. 61 North (toward Pottsville).
-Take Route 61 North to the first traffic light and the intersection at
Cabela's store.
-Follow either option from Route 61 as follows:
Via Route 61: From Reading and the
South- Do NOT take the exit into Hamburg.
Continue on Route 61 north past I-78 to the intersection at Cabela's.
Follow either option as follows.)
Via Route 61 - OPTION 1 (via Cabela Drive, and a short zigzag route to the
church):
-Turn left onto Cabela Drive (as if going to the store)
-at the traffic light turn right onto Mountain Road,
-first left turn onto Holly Rd,
-first right turn onto Laurel Rd,
-first left turn onto Pine Rd,
-first right turn onto Academy Rd,
-first left turn onto Walnut Road, follow to the church at the top of the
hill.
Via Route 61 - OPTION 2 (via Burger King and Cracker Barrel)
-At Cabela intersection, turn right onto Jetson Drive (opposite Cabela
Drive)
-Follow to stop sign at Industrial Dr and make a right turn
-Follow Industrial Dr past Cracker Barrel to the stop sign at State Street
-At stop sign make a right turn onto State Street (Old Rt 22 / Hex Highway)
-Follow Old 22 for 2 miles. Pass Pine Road and Tilden Township
Municipal Building
on right.
-Make next right turn onto Walnut
Road and follow to the church.
