• I-87 South to I-90 East.
• I-90 East to Exit 5 – Everett Road.
• Turn right at the end of the exit ramp onto Everett Road.
• Take Everett Road to Central Ave., turn left onto Central Ave.
• Take Central Ave to N. Main Ave, approx ½ mile, turn right onto N. Main Ave.
• Take N. Main to Madison Ave, approx 1/3 mile, turn left onto Madison.
• St. Vincent’s is on the corner of Madison Ave. and Partridge St.

From NYS Thruway (West & South):

• NYS Thruway to Exit 24 – thru toll booths.
• Proceed to I-90 East.
• Continue on I-90 as above (see From the North).

From the East:

• I-90 West to Exit 5 – Everett Road.
• At end of exit ramp, make a left onto Everett Road.
• Proceed as above from Everett Road (see From the North).
